Zero XB or XE — which should I buy?
The XB is the lighter and cheaper of the two at $5,095, running 19-inch wheels and aimed at trail riding. The XE steps up to $7,395 with a 4.3 kWh battery, 21"/18" wheels and around 65 miles of range, making it the better choice for longer days and rougher terrain.
Is the Zero FX street legal?
The FX is built as a dual-sport, but street legality still depends on the specific configuration and your state’s registration requirements. Never assume a dual-sport badge means road-legal everywhere — confirm your state DMV rules with us before riding on public roads.
How does Zero compare to Sur-Ron?
Zero builds full motorcycles with a long US track record and dealer support; Sur-Ron builds lightweight, highly upgradeable machines with a much deeper aftermarket. Zero costs more and feels more like a conventional motorcycle. Sur-Ron is lighter, cheaper and easier to modify.
