Zero XB 2026 — Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Zero XB worth $5,095?
It costs more than a Sur-Ron Light Bee X and gives you a US manufacturer with a long track record, established dealer support and full-motorcycle engineering. If aftermarket depth and outright value matter more to you, a Sur-Ron or E-Ride Pro is the stronger buy.
Zero XB or Zero XE?
The XB is the lighter, cheaper entry at $5,095 on 19-inch wheels. The XE steps up to $7,395 with a 4.3 kWh battery, 21"/18" wheels and around 65 miles of range. Choose the XB for trail riding and easier handling, the XE for longer days and rougher ground.
Is the Zero XB street legal?
No. The XB is sold for off-road, private-land and OHV use only and is not street legal without specific state certification and registration. California riders should follow Vehicle Code Section 436.1.
